Sundar authors the column, 'Voice of Money' in quickie.

He has also authored Indian Mutual Funds Handbook [Vision Books: 2003 (+6 reprints); 2007 (+7 reprints); 2011 (scheduled) and Wealth Engine [Vision Books: 2011 (scheduled)] .

The courseware for the Mutual Funds examination of the National Institute of Securities Market (SEBI-subsidiary) is again developed by him.

1. Bajaj Auto is the largest two and three wheeler manufacturer in India, and is among the top 4 in the world. As Manager, Sundar played a key role in advising top management on various strategic issues. He was a change agent in improving processes and techniques in Corporate Planning, Budgeting, Corporate Finance, Accounts and Costing. He also handled resource mobilisation and investments in equity and debt.

2. Kotak Mahindra is India's leading financial services company. It has alliances with Goldman Sachs (for investment banking) and Ford Motor Credit (for auto finance). Sundar was associated with the investment bank. In Fixed Income, he was instrumental in taking the company to the top of the league. He had a hand in devising several new financial instruments (Liquid Bond, Step-up Bond). He also handled the country's first Dutch Auction of bonds. Further, as Co-Head of Corporate Finance, Sundar was responsible for the equities and advisory businesses of the company.
